In the popular area of the Indische buurt, you will find a lovely flat on the first floor. But also at 10-15 minutes walking distance towards the centre at the Plantagebuurt with Brewery 't IJ on the way, or around the Oosterpark are many popular places.
There is also plenty of room for your peace and quiet. One of the great things about this part of the Indische buurt is that it is located between two beautiful parks. The house is a 10-minute walk from both Flevopark and Oosterpark.
For daily shopping you can go to the Dapper Market or at the end of the street, the Albert Heijn supermarket. But of course, the very famous Javastraat around the corner, which really has everything to offer and to which people from the periphery come.

Finally, very good accessibility: public transport is at walking distance, tram and bus. Tram 14 drives you directly to the heart of the city. Muiderpoort station is next door and Central station is easily reached by bus 22.  In addition, the RING A10 is also very easily accessible via the Piet-Heijn tunnel.

Maintenance:
The house is in good condition both inside and outside and can be moved into as is if desired. The foundation was checked in 2010 and received code 2 from the municipality at that time, which is the best possible level for existing buildings. The front and rear were painted in 2022 and the construction at the balconies was renewed.
